What we do

Our mission at Evosep is to improve quality of life and patient care by radically innovating how protein based clinical diagnostics are performed.

Through collaborations with world-leading scientists we work to develop new technologies and solutions to make sample separation 10 times faster and 100 times more robust than todays’ alternatives.

The potential of clinical proteomics

Our technology combine user-friendly workflows with automated processes. It empowers researchers, even without extensive expertise, to confidently use liquid chromatography mass spectrometry based proteomics in their work.

This inclusivity promotes collaborative efforts within the scientific community, encouraging a diverse range of perspectives and accelerating progress in clinical proteomics.

We make it easy to get started

The Evosep One is a plug-and-play liquid chromatography platform built for standardization. It delivers a high level of speed and robustness, while still maintaining the sensitivity needed when performing clinical proteomics.

The Evosep One removes sample handling steps and reduces injection cycle overheads with the use of Evotips as disposable trap columns.

You decide how fast you want to go
with The Six standard methods

The six standard methods enable the Evosep One to cover a range of use cases from comprehensive proteome analysis with 30 samples analyzed per day to ultra-high throughput single-shot analysis with 500 samples analyzed per day.

It’s all in the tip

The Evotip speeds up sample loading, reduces carry-over and is a significant contribution to why proteomics has become so easy and routine.

It lets you load a very small amount of sample on the tip that, once immobilized, is extremely stable and stays right where it is. This makes it possible to store the proteome, even from a single cell on the tips, until you elute into the Evosep One.

Advancements in Technology Setting new Standards for Scalable Single-Cell Proteomics: Identification of Over 5,000 Proteins in a Single HeLa Cell

This manuscript, authored by the Olsen group at the Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Protein Research, describes technological advancements that set a new standard for scalable single-cell proteomics. By comprehensively addressing the entire workflow, the first commercially available solution for single-cell proteomics has become a reality, enabling the identification of more than 5,000 proteins from a single cell.

Evosep webinars: Meet Evosep One users

Join us once a month when we zoom in on a new topic and invite Evosep One users and collaborators to share their work.

It is our hope and goal to make these events a popular platform where Evosep One users can share their research with the rest of the world.

More than 20 years in the industry

The story of Evosep goes way back. Many of our employees have a long history within the nanoLC and the proteomics community and have been with us long before Evosep was founded in 2016.

We base our design on years of experience with nano-UHPLC R&D and application support, critically rethinking the necessary system architectures for successful sample separation before mass spectrometric analysis.
